My guest for this episode is John Robins.

John Robins has 18+ years of leadership experience, with nonprofits, faith communities, and technology companies. Previously, he served as the Interim Executive Director of the Winchester Multicultural Network, where he led a cross functional team spanning program, advocacy, communications, development, and finances. John was a partner in supporting the strategic planning process that moved the organization from a community-based organization to a regional voice advancing racial equity and social justice. He was on the leadership of the Anti-Racism in the Suburbs Collaborative and helped organize a conference on human rights with the support of the State Senator’s office. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors and was part of the team that facilitated the board/governance restructuring.

John Robins has an MBA as well as training in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from TSNE MissionWorks, VISIONS, and Disruptive Equity Education Project (DEEP). Originally from India, John brings a diverse experience and perspective having lived, studied, and worked in the US, India, and Southern Africa.
